Join us from 12-7pm on Sunday 27th January at Amethyst Yoga for our Yogalates Retreat Day.
Cleanse the body and mind with a day full of Yoga, Pilates, nourishing plant based food and a nutritional talk on how to detoxify the body.
What to expect from the day…
Starting off with warming welcome drinks and an introduction to the day.
This will be followed by an energising Basi Mat Pilates class with Millie, isolating and strengthening the core stabilising muscles of the body and accessing full range of motion.
Refueling with Wholesome plant based food and refreshments and delving into some surprise goody bags!
As we let our food to go down, Emily, founder of ‘Om Nom Health’, will talk us through optimal nutrition, with a focus on how to detoxify and maintain a healthy body through diet.
Maddy will then guide us through some manisfestation techniques to help you achieve your New Years goals, followed by a relaxing, immersive Yin Yoga class, acessing our deeper connective tissues, relieving aches and pains in the body, gaining flexibility, circulation and range of motion.
Finally drifting into a soothing guided meditation and Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) letting go of the mind and body and nourishing the soul.
