Arrive into a beautiful candlelit room, aromas of inscence and essential oils in the air.

Moving slowly and mindfully through a small selection of passive postures, holding for longer periods of time to access our deeper connective tissues, relieving the body of aches and pains, increasing circulation and gaining flexibility, range of motion and peace of mind.

  1. Feel the gentle sounds of the ancient Tibetan bowl heal and cleanse the soul, letting go of your thoughts as we end the immersion in a soothing Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) Leave feeling light and rejuvenated, ready for the month ahead.
