We will explore how these joints are involved in yoga poses as well as using yoga poses to diagnose the conditions of the joints which will enable us to understand what poses to prescribe for various movement limitations.
You do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend this section. £60 and it is not non stop yoga
BREAK WITH REFRESHMENTS
Part 2 : Evening class: 6.30-8.30 pm, Arm Balance Play Workshop. £35.00
In this workshop we will explore the foundations of shoulder stability within yoga poses and learn how to adapt this ‘sense-of-stability’ to progressive wall work that is designed to help practitioners gain mastery over their own bodyweight.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to improve their arm-balance and inversion game in a way that honours the stability and strength that you currently have. There will be various progressions that you can take home and integrate into your own personal practise.
Wrist optimisation work is also included for those who are sensitive in this area as well as other progressions that offer shoulder stability using forearm variations of inversions and arm balances.
£60 for Part 1 and £35 for Part 2 or £85 for both.
