Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes

A flowing sequence of specific poses that coordinates with the movement of the breath.

The word ‘vinyasa’ can be translated as ‘arranging something’ like a yoga pose for example. With the flow of vinyasa you will warm up and this will re energise your body.

Forrest Yoga Classes

Ana Forrest describes Forrest Yoga: “Forrest Yoga is based in the rich practice of yoga from the east, but applied for the western lifestyle”.

It is founded on four pillars breath, strength, integrity and spirit. It is empowering, strong and playful too.

Yang Flow to Yin Yoga Classes

Yang to Yin Incorporates traditional Vinyasa flow and passive Yin postures with breathing techniques and mobility exercises, for optimal function of the body, along with soothing guided meditations and Tibetan bowl sound healing to calm the mind and soul.

By balancing our masculine (Yang) and feminine (Yin) energies you will leave the class feeling both relaxed and energised, ready for the week ahead.
